I’m a chef created hands-on cooking. Over the years, I had the opportunity to explore the food industry from many perspectives, from the bottom of the brigades, to leading teams in kitchens and managing restaurant venues.

Services rates
– Independent chef – €40 p/h
– Sous Chef, with a detailed overlooking of requirements of the client – € 48.5 p/h
– Chef de Cuisine, with a detailed overlooking of requirements of the client – € 55 p/h

The rates above exclude 21% VAT, travel expenses.
Also available for private dinners, Tailored Gastronomic Workshops, culinary events., opening brigades and more, previous conversations.
